By using the services of BookPrimeHub, you agree to follow these Terms of Use. These terms apply to all users and describe the rules for access and use of our bookkeeping services.
BookPrimeHub provides bookkeeping support for enterprises. Our team prepares and manages financial records as requested by the client. All services are provided according to Swiss law and standard business practice.
Users must provide true and correct data when requesting our services. BookPrimeHub is not responsible for any loss caused by false or incomplete information provided by the client.
All fees for our services are agreed upon before work begins. Payment is due as stated in the issued invoice. Delay in payment may result in suspension of service until the balance is cleared.
Refunds are possible only if the service has not yet been started or if there is a proven error made by BookPrimeHub. Refund requests must be sent in writing to support@BookPrimeHub.com. Each request will be reviewed individually.
BookPrimeHub provides its services with care but does not accept liability for indirect or incidental loss resulting from use of our service.
All client data is handled in strict confidence and used only for the purpose of delivering the agreed bookkeeping services.
BookPrimeHub may update these Terms of Use when needed. Users should review this document regularly to stay informed of any changes.
